Our website is designed in such a way that it accepts names in a pre-defined format. In case your desired names are not being accepted, the reason might be that there is something that does not match with the website's format.
The issue with your name will be highlighted right by the name field.
In case of length-related issues, the message too short or too long will pop up. Furthermore, for character-related issues the message will be “no spaces, special characters, or punctuations”.
At this stage, sadly, we cannot do anything from our side to allow the names which our site does not accept.
