Why can’t I sign in to my account?
Firstly, you need to ensure that you are logging in with the same email address with which you had signed up for the first time or the email address which you provided while placing your order. The username tab being case sensitive, you also need to check that you have not used capital letters in the email address.
If you are satisfied that the email address used by you is correct, then click on this link and you will be redirected to a page where you can enter your email address and reset the password to gain access to your account.
As soon as you proceed with reset password, you will receive an email to reset your password. If you are not able to see the email, we suggest that you check through your spam or promotions folder.
